How does Letran-Bataan celebrate Buwan ng Wika?

As we all know, almost every school or almost all the Filipino here in our country were celebrating the Buwan ng Wika to  commemorate the existence of our country’s language, which is the Filipino language. Celebrating this is not only to look back on the history of our language but it also concerned the traditions, cultures and beliefs of every Filipino.

At my new school, we celebrated the Buwan ng Wika. As a new student of Colegio de San Juan de Letran, I did not expect that the Buwan ng wika turned out that well. There are so many activities happened like contest on singing and dancing.

There is also a contest for writing a poems and literatures about our country’s language. We are  happy because almost all the prizes were awarded to our section. At the end, we are titled as the champion because we’ve got the most number of awards.EBB1D6BC-1F27-492C-A662-CB3A205B682APhoto Courtesy of Colegio de San Juan de Letran- Bataan

There was also a contest for an outstanding Manuel L. Quezon where each section had their representative to show their capability to answer the questions regarding our language. Our section also has a representative but unfortunately, he did win the contest. For us, he is still the winner although he did not really win the contest because he did everything he could d210C4489-3F95-4CF7-916E-D68C609A5E0CPhoto Courtesy of Colegio de San Juan de Letran- Bataan

When the lunch time came, a simple gathering was happened in every section where all the students can enjoy their foods that are prepared on their tables. It is just few of those unforgettable moments that happened on our Buwan ng Wika  here in my new school that I did not experience at my previous school.
